This document contains the agreement to use the site www.rawdia.ro (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) and regulates the contractual relationship between the users of the site and its administrator, regarding the provision of the service.

The administrator of the site is the company RAWDIA FOOD SRL, having its registered office in Bucharest, Str. Zamfir’s well, Sector 1, registered at the Trade Register Office under no. J40 / 8869/2013, CUI 32011172 (hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”).

User is considered to be anyone, including you, who uses the Services / accesses the Site.
Any use by you of any services offered by the provider through the site means your acceptance, in full, of all the provisions of the user agreement and the conclusion of a contract in this regard between you and the provider.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT OF USE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SUPPLIER.

Through the website, the supplier provides internet users with a service through which they can order food online from the Supplier’s daily offer, as published on the website (the “service”). The products are prepared by the supplier in compliance with the hygienic and sanitary norms, in accordance with the regulations in force.

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION – PRIVACY POLICY
In order to use the Service, the User is required to register in the Supplier’s database and to authenticate on the site each time he wishes to place an order. Registration is done by choosing a password and contact details (name, surname, email and phone) or by logging in with a Facebook or Google account. The User will provide the Company with correct, complete, current and valid data, the User being the only one responsible for maintaining the confidentiality regarding the chosen password and for maintaining the security of his own account.

Users are prohibited from using the name of another person with the intention of fraudulently using their identity and / or using the contact details or delivery address of another person without the express permission of that person. Whenever it considers that this situation exists, the Supplier will have the right to refuse / cancel the registration and / or to cancel all and any orders placed on the Site from the respective account, according to its own option.

LIMITATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS REGARDING SERVICES
Formulation and acceptance of the order – the supplier will deliver the food to the users upon receipt of the orders made by them, online or by phone. The telephone order accepted by the supplier is considered a firm order and is subject to the terms and conditions of this user agreement. All orders placed online will be accepted by the supplier within the available stock, as regularly updated by the supplier, who reserves the right to limit the quantities ordered by the customer or to refuse delivery of an order without further explanation. Verification and acceptance of the order by the supplier is performed after pressing the “Place order” button, so that there is a possibility that between the time of starting the order by adding the product to the cart and sending it by the Supplier, certain products become unavailable. Adding the products to the cart without completing the order by pressing the “Place order” button does not create obligations regarding that order either for the user or for the supplier.

The order confirmation is made by email sent to the address registered by the user on the site.

The supplier’s refusal to honor an order can be notified to the user, including through the facilities made available to him in the Site interface (for example, the impossibility of supplementing the number of portions in the user interface).

The offer for each product is valid in the time interval announced on the site (usually 10: 30-16: 30), as long as the word “exhausted” does not appear next to it. Although the site is continuously accessible, orders can only be placed within the time displayed on the Site (which can be changed unilaterally and at the discretion of the Supplier, also by display on the Site). Orders are delivered from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Orders can only be canceled by phone within 10 minutes of placing your order.

Delivery – The user undertakes to be present (or to ensure the presence of an informed person) to receive the order at the address indicated. The verification of the delivered products will be performed succinctly before the departure of the person in charge of delivering the order.
